Fall and Winter Wellness Workshop
Discover how the everyday herbs and spices in your kitchen can become powerful allies during cold and flu season.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore traditional uses of familiar plants such as ginger, garlic, cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, honey, and other kitchen staples for supporting the body through the colder months.
We’ll talk about simple ways to incorporate these herbs into everyday wellness, how different plants can support the body, and the traditional lore and herbal wisdom behind them.
Then we’ll put our knowledge into practice by creating a 4oz herbal honey to take home and enjoy throughout the season.

Herbal Alchemy: Tea as Ritual
Learn the simple, yet powerful ritual of herbal tea-making where we’ll concoct medicinal and magical brews for the dark time of year. From a cup of tea to nourishing herbal infusions, making tea can be a time to slow down, reflect, and plan. Samples of tea will be provided. Attendees will leave with techniques to brew the perfect cup and a sample of their own formulated herbal tea blend.
